1. A referral is validated when the ‘Friend’ makes a purchase of a minimum of £20. The Referrer needs to be registered in the DTC Referral program.
2. Once a referral is validated, both the Friend and Referrer will receive an email notification.
3. The standard referral reward is £20 Amazon gift card to the Referrer, and the friend will receive a 15% discount on their first purchase for orders between £20-£250, and up to 20% off for orders over £250.
4. Rewards will be paid once the Friend’s has completed the first order.
5. You do not need to be a DTC customer to make a referral. However, if you make a referral and do not have an active DTC Referral account, you will not be eligible for a referral reward.
6. Referral rewards are variable. DTC reserves the right to withdraw or change the referral promotion at any time, with or without notice.
7. The rewards can cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. You cannot recommend yourself.
9. Maximum of 25 referrals per calendar year per household are eligible on this scheme. If you’d like to refer more friends, please email details through to marketing@dtc-uk.com

11. We’ll withhold rewards if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. All decisions made by DTC are final.
12. DTC employees or their family are not eligible for the referral scheme.
13. This offer is not applicable when the Friend is, or has at some previous time, been a customer with DTC.
14. As a Registered Referrer, the email address that you register or put through the online referral form will be your unique referral code.
16. As a Registered Referrer you can track validated and issued referrals in the referral program dashboard.
