Stainless steel cutting discs
Select Abracs Phoenix cutting discs for stainless steel when you need to cut stainless steel sheets quickly and accurately. They are chlorine, iron, and sulphur-free, making them an ideal choice for various stainless steel cutting projects.
These sizes are available:
100mm x 1.0mm, 100mm x 1.3mm, 115mm x 1.0mm, 115mm x 3.0mm, 125mm x 1.0mm, 180mmx 1.6mm and 230mm x 1.8mm.
Cutting steel with discs
Select Abracs Phoenix thin cutting discs for steel when you need to cut steel or stainless steel. They have become immensely popular in industries such as food manufacturing and petrochemical industries and are often used to cut mild steel and construction steel.
Cutting aluminium using discs
Our Pheonix extra cutting discs for aluminium are designed to prevent metal from becoming too hot when cutting this special material. In addition to aluminium, these discs are also suitable for cutting other non-ferrous metals. They come in a range of sizes – 100mmx3.5mm, 115mmx1.0mm, 115mmx3.5mm, 125mmx3.5mm, 180mmx3.5mm, and 230mm x 3.5mm.
Cut-off discs
Abracs Phoenix metal cut-off discs can be used for general metal cutting. The sizes available are 3″ x 1/16″ and 4″ x 1/16″, and the cut-off discs come with a mandrel kit.
Diamond and multi-tool discs
Our Dremel diamond cutting discs are compatible with Dremel multi-tools and are great for slicing through tough materials like carbon fibre composites, fibreglass, GRP, glass fibre as well as polyester resins.
In general, diamond cutting discs are specifically designed to cut through hard materials such as concrete, brick, stone, and other hard materials. They are often circular in shape and feature diamond particles bonded to the cutting edge. As a result, diamond cutting discs can cut through hard materials with ease and precision. They are ideal for construction, renovation, and repair projects and are available in a variety of sizes and shapes.
Mini diamond wheels
Our mini diamond wheels come in a variety of sizes – 25mmx6mm, 50mmx10mm, and 75mmx10mm – with an abrasive diamond cutting edge that is perfect for cutting all types of metals. Additionally, these wheels can easily cut through breeze blocks, brick, ceramics, concrete, epoxy resins, paving slabs, marble, porcelain, and much more.
